The Supply Chain and Product Development Manager will play a key role in managing the end-to-end supply chain operations while also overseeing product development initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance efficient procurement and logistics with innovative product development to meet the needs of both the organization and its customers. The successful candidate will manage supplier relationships, ensure the seamless flow of inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and bring new products to market.

Requirements: Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supports effective post-surgical and merchandising programs and strategies by selecting and sourcing products focused on achieving marketing and sales goals
  • Manages vendor relations to include maintaining a vendor contact list, following up on requests to vendors, managing vendor timelines and tracking shipment/sample orders
  • Writes purchase orders and gathers proper approvals from VP, Growth & Operations before proceeding with PO
  • Audits purchase orders against invoices
  • Track’s sales records, assesses customer trends, and forecasts customer demand leveraging Salesforce data
  • Collaborates efforts with management team to ensure post-surgical and merchandise packaging and efforts are cohesive and are on-par with brand initiatives
  • Collaborates with management team on new concepts and brand innovation
  • Drives e-commerce activities, web updates, updating/writing descriptions, and image selection
  • Conducts reporting management for e-commerce, shipping, and post-surgical cycle counts
  • Assists with Dollhouse initiatives to ensure proper merchandise and gifting is onsite
  • Partners with Marketing, Social and Web teams for monthly sales promotions in clinic and online
  • Runs analytic reports and comparisons for financial end of month

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to interpret trends and brainstorm merchandise concepts
  • Execute multiple projects in tandem, and prioritize open assignments in accordance with a development calendar
  • Understanding of the manufacturing process and pricing tiers
  • Ability to collect and synthesize data to draw valid conclusions to make decisions, respond accordingly and drive results
  • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal/written communications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, merchandising or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in leading product development initiatives from concept to market launch
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to balance multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software, and product lifecycle management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization
  • Experience in vendor negotiation and relationship management
  • Keen attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation

Physical Requirements:

  • May need to lift, pull or push up to 35lbs
  • May need to stand for long periods of time

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 10% travel if needed
