Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities by engaging in proactive outreach, attending industry trade shows, and leveraging digital marketing strategies.
  • Build connections with homeowners residing in recently established housing communities through neighborhood events, local sponsorships, and community outreach programs, aiming to establish trust and rapport.
  • Manage the maintenance and fostering of strong relationships with current customers by regularly checking in, providing personalized support, and offering loyalty incentives.
  • Represent the company at various networking events, including industry conferences, business mixers, and community gatherings, to expand our professional network and visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with our service team to ensure an excellent customer experience, including timely communication, efficient issue resolution, and personalized product support.
  • Analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and industry benchmarks provides valuable input into the development of business strategy and growth plans. The goal is to drive sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
