We are seeking a driven and music-savvy individual to join our team as a Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Specialist. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, demonstrating strong territory management skills while effectively analyzing market trends to drive sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service, with an emphasis on cold outreach to meet client needs and enhance satisfaction.

Duties

  • Sales and Client Relationship Management: Identify, reach out to, and establish connections with potential clients in the music industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Business Development: Identify new opportunities within the US music market, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and ventures.
  • Research trends and key players in the industry to develop innovative approaches for business growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales and development strategies with company goals.
  • Marketing: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns targeting clients and industry professionals.
  • Social Media Content. Develop engaging content and promotional materials that resonate with a music-focused audience. Collaborate with the team to optimize online presence and social media outreach.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track sales and marketing metrics to assess the success of initiatives. Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on client development and market opportunities.
  • Qualifications: Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US music industry and a passion for music across genres.
  • Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management. A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Marketing Expertise: Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and networking skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
  • Track record of successful outreach efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability in upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $32,640.00 - $38,400.00 per year

Compensation Package:

  • 1099 contract
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • Evenings as needed
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
