Talent Acquisition Advisor - Remote
LOCATION
Remote position with a Monday-Friday schedule; options to work from 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, minimum of 6 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and ability to analyze data and report metrics.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will support organizational hiring objectives by collaborating with your regional Sourcing Partner to identify top candidates, create candidate pipelines and recruitment strategies, and provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment updates. This Full-time position is remote and has a Monday-Friday schedule with the option to work 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Ideal candidates will have recruitment experience in full-cycle, Advisor, or similar recruitment account management. Healthcare Recruitment preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Oversees the requisition cycle and consults with hiring managers
- Utilizes behavioral based interviewing techniques, screens candidates, and recommends applicants and candidate selection
- Conducts in-depth intake sessions with hiring leaders and ensures job descriptions accurately reflect essential job functions, education, experience, and knowledge, skills and abilities in collaboration with the Talent Sourcing Specialist
- Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Partner to proactively source and identify top talent
- Provides accurate and timely updates on candidate activity, tracks talent acquisition metrics, reports trends to talent acquisition leadership, and recommends improvements
- Assists creating and deploying job-specific recruitment materials and campaigns
- Meets recruitment performance metrics (e.g. number of hires, days to hire, candidate experience, offer acceptances, hires completed on project timeline, referral percentage, hiring manager or project satisfaction)
- Prioritizes requirements and influences staffing decisions with the hiring manager according to business needs
- Establishes service level agreements (SLA) and sets clear expectations with the hiring manager
- Reviews potential internal candidates with sourcing team to better understand the internal candidate pool (e.g. skill sets)
- Utilizes various sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and social media
- Attends networking events to source talent like job fairs, professional conferences. and open house events
- Verifies accurate reporting and data management within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Educates hiring managers on conducting behavioral based interviews
- Builds trusted long-term relationships with hiring managers and coaches them on hiring best practices
- Develops strong professional relationships with candidates and builds a positive recruitment experience
- Maintains strong cross-functional partnerships with businesses, HRBPs, leaders, hiring managers, TA Specialists, and TA Partners
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership responsibility preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience analyzing data and reporting metrics

While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated California, Colorado, and Washington compensation is $68,000 - $86,000 with eligible bonus opportunity.
