SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team, focusing on recruiting and administrative tasks to support corporate and plant positions in a leading healthcare linen service provider.
Due to tremendous growth we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at our corporate office in King of Prussia, PA, 4 days per week, on site.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with full life cycle recruiting for all corporate and sales positions, and plant positions Supervisor and above
- Coordinate schedules of hiring managers and candidates and schedule interviews, video interviews and phone screens
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Establish and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing excellent customer service and pro-active communication
- Assist Talent Acquisition staff with implementing standardized recruiting practices – including but not limited to internal and external postings, creating recruiting collateral materials, and consistently promoting open positions on IFTV, social media, job boards and other outlets as appropriate
- Work with Talent Acquisition Manager to establish and implement a college recruiting plan and attend college career fairs and events
- With guidance, partner with hiring managers to develop individual recruiting plans for assigned open positions
- Assist with candidate sourcing through various recruiting techniques including job boards, social media, networking and other internet research techniques
- Help manage the offer and pre-employment screening process including administration of drug tests, background checks and E-Verify
- Attend and represent the company at professional, military and other job fairs
- Assist with creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent
- Responsible for staying abreast of Talent Acquisition industry trends regarding competitive marketplace, keeping up to date on best practices, recruiting trends and tools, sourcing tools and techniques, and recruiting technology
- Assist with all Talent Acquisition reporting
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, ICIMs a plus
- Talent Acquisition projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred
- Some experience in a corporate HR environment
- Demonstrated strong teamwork skills
- Flexible, with the ability and willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Computer proficient – Excel skills a plus
