1-2 years of experience in Recruiting or a related role, healthcare experience preferred, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems/HR Systems, knowledge of licensure requirements for healthcare disciplines, experience with high-volume sourcing and cold calling, and strong communication skills.

Seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support correctional healthcare contracts by sourcing candidates and maintaining candidate pipelines through various outreach strategies.

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquistion Partner to joinour team.
TheTalent Acquistion Partner plays an integral role in sourcing candidates, building candidate pipelines, providing an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting our various correctional healthcare contracts company wide. This role will support our contracts by locating/sourcing lists for various healthcare disciplines and conducing a high-volume of cold calls, email/text campaigns, direct mail, and utilizing social media platforms to maintain an active candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill positions in rural and urban locations. The Sourcing Specialist will maintain ongoing communication with qualified candidates, phone screen qualified candidates, and transition these candidates to the appropriate Recruiting representative. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruiting reports is also a key responsibility of this role.
- 1-2 years experience in Recruiting or related role
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Previous use of Applicant Tracking System/HR Systems required
- Knowledge of licensure requirements/credentialing for various healthcare disciplines
- Knowledge of various healthcare recruiting resources (online job boards, print, social media, etc.)
- Experience in creating marketing materials to attract our target audience preferred
- Experience conducting cold calls and high volume sourcing required
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work both autonomously and with a team, as required
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
- Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance
