As part of our our growing Talent Acquisition Team we're seeking a creative and strategic Talent Brand Sourcing Specialist. In this role, you'll combine the art of talent sourcing with employer branding and marketing strategies to attract top talent to our distributed workforce.
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
As our Talent Brand Sourcing Specialist, you'll develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that strengthen our employer brand while building robust talent pipelines. You'll work at the intersection of talent acquisition and marketing, creating compelling campaigns and partnerships that showcase our company culture and opportunities.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing or recruitment marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment marketing campaigns
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on recruitment metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media analytics.
- Previous experience in campus recruitment.
- Experience working with a distributed or remote workforce.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software.
