SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to support influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships, ensuring successful execution and collaboration within a fast-paced team environment.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team, supporting influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships. This role will report directly to Senior Talent Coordinator and play a critical role in ensuring the success of our influencer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, demonstrate the ability to problem-solve in real-time, and have a passion for collaborating with creative individuals within the influencer marketing and digital media verticals.
- Campaign Management Support: Assist in managing media influencer deliverables and campaigns, including securing products and materials, interpreting and transmitting creative guidelines, tracking progress, and supporting content development.
- Asset Coordination: Collect and distribute campaign assets to media influencers to ensure posts meet brand and FTC guidelines.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and monitor key campaign flight dates, ensuring seamless collaboration between influencers and advertising/agency partners.
- Payment & Invoicing: Track and report payments and invoices, collaborating closely with our Business Manager, influencers, and advertising/agency partners.
- Database Management: Maintain and update an internal project management database in real time, ensuring all aspects of campaigns are closely tracked from inception to completion.
- Broadcast Coordination: Gather and distribute relevant materials, such as station/network/podcast information, rates, pre/post logs, scripts, spot transcriptions, air checks, affidavits, and invoices.
- Order Entry: Enter orders into the internal traffic system for sales agreements and advertising partnerships, including radio, podcast, and digital campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to proactively and clearly tailor communication for all parties involved in a campaign.
- Experience working successfully in fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, entertainment, or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Ability to identify opportunities to streamline and improve workflows for maximum efficiency.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams, influencers, and partners.
