Talent Partnership Manager
LOCATION
Remote (distributed team across the U.S. and Canada, with team members in Ukraine and Russia)
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of influencer marketing experience, excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, strong presentation abilities, and proficiency in analyzing performance trends. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Streamline sourcing strategies, meet campaign deadlines, build influencer lists, present strategies to clients, review talent agreements, nurture agency relationships, and maintain the CODA Talent Library.

The Shelf is seeking a Talent Partnerships Manager to connect brands with influencers, refine sourcing strategies, and build strong relationships within the influencer community.

As our Talent Partnerships Manager, you'll be the maestro behind the scenes, connecting brands with the right talent, meeting sourcing deadlines with finesse, and keeping our clients swooning over your influencer picks. You’ll also have a hand in shaping the future of our talent database while building meaningful relationships with top-tier influencer agencies.
- Streamlining Sourcing Strategies: Help us refine and perfect company-wide sourcing strategies to keep things running like a dream.
- Meeting Deadlines Like a Pro: Hit those campaign creator sourcing deadlines with precision and a smile.
- Building Stellar Influencer Lists: Develop influencer lists so spot-on, they earn applause from clients and our creative team.
- Client Presentations: Confidently present sourcing strategies to clients, showcasing your expertise and flair.
- Talent Agreement Reviews: Step in as needed to review talent agreement redlines like a seasoned pro.
- Agency Relationships: Build and nurture connections with influencer talent agencies to unlock new opportunities.
- CODA Talent Library Guru: Take charge of building and maintaining our CODA Talent Library, ensuring it’s always top-notch.
- 3-5 years of influencer marketing experience
- Experienced in finding, engaging, and working with influencers to hit campaign and business goals
- Preference to cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers and managers; know the value of a phone call over an email
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills preferred, with a proven track record of successful deals and partnerships
- Experienced in delivering compelling presentations to clients
- Strong understanding of CPM metrics and their strategic application
- Exceptional teamwork and proactive written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach materials, pitch decks, and presentations
- Natural eye for visual composition. Ability to objectively assess strengths and weaknesses of content while also identifying areas for improvement and understand how to fine-tune to achieve the desired result
- Skilled in strategic problem-solving to drive impactful solutions
- Experienced in reviewing and interpreting legal contracts
- Proficient in researching and analyzing performance trends, market data, and demographic insights
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize effectively
- Track record to consistently deliver projects on time and within deadlines
- Proficiency in using various platforms, including social platforms and CODA, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies, such as The Shelf’s proprietary Saas platform
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes and evolving strategies
