Job Description

$19.00 or $ 20.00 per hour to start

Seeking a bright, RELIABLE person for part-time permanent Administrative Assistant position in an information-rich environment for a private practice healthcare provider.

* Excellent computer and technical skills required: Microsoft Office Suite
* QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required
* Great organizational skills with attention to detail
* Social media/marketing savvy is important
* Excellent listening and communication skills
* Proficient in both speaking and writing in English
* Ability to segway from one project to another
* Typing skills (55+ wpm)

Hours: approximately 12-15 hours a week in office 3-4 days weekly
Starting Salary DOE $19.00 TO $ 20.00 an hour starting / contract position
Flexible schedule required - Afternoons only. Some Saturdays possibly
Transportation required
No remote available - in office only
