Looking for a cheerful and smart person to fill our Tech Support post.
We develop websites, provide search engine optimization services, and sell online advertising.
You do not need experience in internet marketing but should be a problem solver and someone that can follow the instructions.
Technical Support staff are trained in utilizing our methodologies, best practices, and tools to become part of our select team of technical support experts.
Our Tech Support staff are administrators and asked to help in whatever capacity is needed. This may be helping a client out, running marketing reports, answering phones, setting up a computer, helping to keep the office organized, and whatever else needs to be done on any given day.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent communication and phone skills as you will be a primary contact for our clients and liaise their service requests to our professional teams.
- Proactively engage with customers to facilitate their use of our products, educate them on additional services to help them purchase the correct next service needed.
- Know how to use computers
- Have an ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Have great problem-solving skills
- Work with support team members, our sales team and design team as the liaison between the client and the company while providing technical support, responding to queries, documenting changes, and helping existing clients purchase additional services needed.
Summary

Your core skills in technical support and computer management will enable you to troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively. Your premium skills in customer service and communication will enhance user experiences, while your relevant expertise in Microsoft Office, computer networking, and VPN management will support our organization's IT infrastructure. Join our team to deliver exceptional support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless operations for our users.
The hours are 9:00-5:00 M-F with an hour of unpaid breaks, which totals 35 hours/week.
