LOCATION
Designated sales territory with 2-4 overnights a month and infrequent national travel for events and conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in the medical device industry, strong sales, marketing, and technical sales support skills, effective communication, dynamic leadership, familiarity with OR protocols, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Prior P&L responsibility is a plus.

What will you be doing?
As a Shoulder Technical Sales Director, you’ll collaborate with Commercial Marketing and Sales Management to drive the implementation of launch and sales execution plans. In this role, you will serve as a critical link in driving the Limited Market Release of new products, play a pivotal role in the Full Market Release, account conversions, and the implementation of Commercialization's roadmaps. As the Technical Sales Director, Shoulder, you will also be instrumental in the development of 1099 business partners, and Shoulder Sales Representatives.

What will you need?
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the medical device industry, excelling in sales, marketing, technical sales support, or sales management. They should demonstrate dynamic leadership, effective communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A strong understanding of the link between marketing and company profitability is critical, with prior P&L responsibility being a plus. Familiarity with OR protocols and interaction with surgeons and hospital staff is important. The role demands physical agility, with the ability to travel frequently, lift up to 30 lbs, and attend conventions.
