- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Technical Support:
- Respond to technical questions related to the services the company offers.
- Assist clients in understanding and optimizing their online presence.
- Task Management:
- Handle a variety of tasks, including administrative support, technical problem-solving, and project coordination.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experiences and internal workflows.
- Learning and Growth:
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in online marketing and web development.
