3+ years of experience in managing technology and data teams within a direct response marketing environment, expertise in Google Analytics and other analytics tools, proficiency with CRMs and automation tools, understanding of agile methodologies, and exceptional project management skills.

Join Allied Development as a Technology & Data Manager to lead technology strategies and project initiatives aimed at addressing America's housing crisis through innovation and collaboration.
Description
- Oversee the tech department, including supervising the Data Coordinator and coordinating with third-party contractors.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet technology and project initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage and optimize tools and systems like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Looker Studio, Facebook Pixels, and Hyros.
- Oversee the integration and accuracy of data sources to ensure comprehensive and actionable reporting.
- Drive the implementation of all analytics platforms to inform strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the implementation of initiatives using tools like Monday.com to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
- Utilize Scrum, Agile, or similar methodologies to plan, execute, and manage technology projects effectively.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Foster collaboration across departments to align project goals with organizational objectives
- Administer and optimize CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel) leveraging automation tools like Zapier for efficiency.
- Manage platforms like Batch Dialer, WordPress, Kajabi, and email marketing tools like Smartleads or Active Campaign to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to build and maintain landing pages, funnel pages, and associated web assets.
- Ensure proper tracking and tagging of all pages to capture data accurately and support reporting needs.
- Oversee overall website maintenance to guarantee functionality, scalability, and a seamless user experience
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and maintain compliance measures across all technology platforms.
- Work closely with other departments to understand operational needs and align tech solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing technology and data teams in a direct response marketing environment. 3+ years of experience, preferred.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Hotjar, Looker Studio, Hyros, and other analytics tools. Google Analytics and Hyros experience required.
- Understanding of agile and scrum methodologies; experience with Monday.com is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel), automation tools (e.g., Zapier), and marketing platforms (e.g., Smartleads, Active Campaign).
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and managing tools like WordPress, Kajabi, and Batch Dialer.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI for operational improvement and compliance.
- Exceptional project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

$110,000 - $150,000 per year
