QUALIFICATIONS
1-3+ years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, marketing, business, or client-facing roles. Strong desire to learn about the industry, professional communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Join our team as a Telecommunications Account Representative to assist clients in achieving their customer outreach and marketing goals while being involved in customer service, sales acquisition, and market outreach initiatives.
Through our sales and business development techniques, we have continuously assisted our clients in achieving their customer outreach and marketing goals within the Austin region. We are currently working with one of the nation's largest telecommunications and technology groups and are looking to expand our Account Sales teams to meet their needs.
By introducing new Telecommunications Account Representatives to our local team, we can take on the additional responsibilities necessary to properly represent our client's new offerings and communication solutions. The Telecommunications Account Representative will be directly involved in customer service, sales acquisition, client business development, and market outreach. We are looking for an individual genuinely interested in expanding the industry and assisting in the growth of our company and clients.
Telecommunications Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Create sales opportunities through direct outreach within the local market
- Build a definitive understanding of client products and services to ensure proper presentation during sales practices and while answering customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service, including direct contact with the client to troubleshoot any issues the customer may have
- Collaborate with other Account Representatives and members of the Sales and Client Management teams to maintain a cohesive vision for roll-outs of sales campaigns
- Represent the client in a friendly and professional manner when conducting outreach initiatives and developing relationships with consumers
Qualities of the Telecommunications Account Representative:
- 1-3+ years of experience in a customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, marketing, business, team, or client-facing role
- The desire and ability to learn more about the industry/market and implement Account Representative training
- Professional and comfortable communication skills when working with customers and client representatives
- Collaborative and able to work within a team to decipher the best options and create new solutions
- Ability to work full-time hours and attend daily meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
