QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of B2B sales experience, consultative sales skills, strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Salesforce.com.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and onboard new non-residential propane customers, execute sales plans to meet targets, maintain an accurate sales database, prepare and present sales proposals, build strong customer relationships, and promote Superior Plus within the community.

Seeking a Territory Sales Representative to identify and acquire new non-residential propane customers using consultative sales techniques in a supportive and flexible work environment.
We are currently hiring for three open positions in the following locations:
- Conyers, GA (Cylinder sales experience is ideal)
- Dallas, NC
- Williamston, NC
- 3+ years of B2B selling experience
- Can identify and solve customer needs by utilizing a consultative selling process

What you’ll do:
- Collaborates with the Regional Sales Manager, in conjunction with the Customer Service Center Manager, to recommend, develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Achieves step changes in sales results and profitability targets by maximizing face time with prospective non-residential customers. Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities across a portfolio of products and solutions. Prioritizes prospecting activities to align with customer availability, and actively participates in the local community.
- Daily, maintains an accurate database of customer activity and sales funnel within Salesforce.com to maximize selling and territory management efforts.
- Prospects, research and identify new business opportunities. Works sales plan to create awareness, discover customer needs, secure new business, and deliver product and service solutions.
- Prepares and confidently presents sales proposals, including pricing and product/service terms to key decision makers. Influences, negotiates, and closes the sale with the best interest of the company and customer in mind.
- Builds strong business relations with prospective non-residential customers and manages sales cycle by continually following up on their current business needs while anticipating future business needs.
- Communicates regularly on sales progress within the sales funnel/cycle and prepares reports on key performance indicators.
- Promotes and represents Superior Plus positively and professionally within the community and industry to all customers, competitors and industry associations.
- Participate in an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- 3+ consultative sales experience in commercial sales environment within vertical industries (propane or oil, construction, manufacturing, service-related industries).
- Organized sales process and track record with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team, but also self-disciplined with initiative to work independently.
- Must have good organizational skills with the ability to manage the sales process and maintain SalesForce database.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
