Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen sense of hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relationships effectively.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover.
• Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate wait times accurately to guests.
• Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist in managing social media accounts by creating engaging content related to the dining experience.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite for promotional materials or advertisements.
• Monitor social listening platforms to gauge guest feedback and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation to enhance online presence.
• Familiarity with E-commerce principles is a plus for promoting restaurant offerings.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and other tools within Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
