Training & Service Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers experience through marketing and coordinating effective training programs. This position involves marketing and implementing, class room training for our customers across our territory, as well as support our service coordinator in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Market our classroom training options to customers, and assist in enrolling their technicians in our classes
• Facilitate classroom training sessions, ensuring an interactive and supportive learning environment.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue arrangements.
• Provide support to the service department in coordinating service technicians schedules

Requirements

• Excellent program management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Interest in the automotive industry is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
