Job Description:

Drive digital engagement and brand excellence as an Assistant Manager in UI/UX and Content Creation. Lead a team of creatives, craft compelling visuals, and shape the user experience with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and photography tools. Bring innovation and strategic vision to enhance every digital touchpoint.

Digital Content Creation

Banner Design: Create visually engaging banners for each category and section on ivyusa.com to drive consumer engagement.
Product Display Pages (PDP) & IVY+ Content: Develop captivating content for each product, focusing on enhanced consumer interaction.
HTML for Promotions: Design and code HTML assets for promotional campaigns, ensuring consistency with the brand’s tone and messaging.
UI/UX Development: Oversee and execute updates and renewal of site interfaces to increase user engagement and time spent on each page.
Email Promotions: Create email marketing assets that maintain brand identity and optimize click-through rates.
Amazon Design Assets: Produce A+ Content and storefront design assets tailored to Amazon’s guidelines to improve customer experience and brand presence.
Social Media & Ad Design: Develop creative assets for social media and online ads to strengthen brand awareness and conversion.

Design Development

Team Collaboration & Improvement: Conduct regular reference research sessions with the design team to refine design strategies and foster team growth.
Photoshoot Planning: Organize and direct photoshoots to acquire unique, high-quality visuals for various content needs.
Project Kick-Offs: Facilitate kick-off meetings for each new project, aligning with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver optimal outcomes.

Technical Proficiency

Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator: Proficient in using Photoshop and Illustrator for design and editing tasks, ensuring high-quality visual output.
Photography Tools: Skilled in using photography and image editing tools to create compelling visuals and enhance content appeal.

Additional Responsibilities as Assistant Manager

Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, supporting their growth and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Project Management: Manage timelines and resources for each project, coordinating across teams to ensure deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables.
Quality Control: Oversee final deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.
Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the overall digital strategy by suggesting improvements based on user engagement data and design trends.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution across all digital platforms.

The anticipated compensation range is

22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
