About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and personable Residential Care Facility for the Elderly/Long Term Care Liaison to help us spread the word about our wound care services. In this role, you’ll be working closely with healthcare facilities and community partners to build strong connections and grow awareness of our specialized care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and grow relationships with local healthcare facilities, SNFs, home health agencies, and other community partners.
  • Organize and participate in events, meetings, and outreach activities to raise awareness of our wound care services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to ensure smooth implementation of wound care programs.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and potential new partners.
  • Maintain regular communication with current and potential partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on community needs and emerging trends.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in community relations, marketing, or outreach roles (no clinical background necessary).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and event coordination.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online marketing tools.
  • Passion for healthcare and a willingness to learn about the wound care field.
  • Strong presentation skills is a MUST!
  • Willingness to visit at least 10 FACILITIES per day

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • 90% travel

Salary

  • $65k a year (Depending on Experience)
