QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or a minimum of three years equivalent work experience, fluent in English (bilingual in German is a plus), strong leadership and sales management skills, and experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Seeking a USA Country Manager to lead sales and marketing operations for SW-MOTECH USA, driving growth in the motorcycle accessories market while managing market strategy and team performance.

SW-MOTECH is one of the world's leading manufacturers of motorcycle accessories. We develop, produce and sell accessories internationally in the motorcycle category and are a recognized OEM for brands that include BMW, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Kawasaki, KTM, Suzuki and Zero.
SW-MOTECH has experienced overall growth year over year and are looking to expand into the foreseeable future. Grow with us as we are currently seeking a USA Country Manager to be based in our US subsidiary office in Portland, Oregon.
The USA Country Manager will function as the sales and marketing business leader for SW-Motech USA. Providing direction, guidance, leadership and operational support to the complete US team. Collaborating with German General Management, Sales Management and Marketing Management, the USA Country Manager will define, execute and monitor our sales strategy for the US market.
Duties:
- Responsible for overseeing retail business (B2C) and dealer business (B2B) for subsidiary.
- Define, execute and monitor sales strategy within the strategic framework.
- Define and monitor of sales KPI’s.
- Reporting of sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Define, execute and monitor of channel price strategy in compliance with the general strategic framework for the market.
- Management of the market team and helping set individual goals, team structure, HR and budget.
- Setting overall budget planning for the US market.
- Overseeing costs and expenses of market group operations and sales.
- Management of external partners (3rd party logistics, accounting, etc.)
- Reporting to Sales Management Germany and General Management in Germany
Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or minimum of three years equivalent work experience.
- Must be fluent in English (i.e. speak, read, write, ); Bilingual (German) is a plus, but not required.
- Confident handling of ERP systems.
- Confident handling of up-to-date Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong leadership and sales management skills
- Enthusiasm for the motorcycle market including understanding of various motorcycle models, motorcycle luggage, parts and accessories
