EMP Management Associate is a leading local firm in the city of Philadelphia seeking to expand our Verizon Representative team! As a dominant force in the Telecommunications Industry, our team excels in sales, brand management, and new customer acquisition for some of the most renowned companies in the world. We are seeking an ambitious and excited individual to join ourVerizon Representative team and contribute positively to the continued success of both our company and our clients. We drive results by meeting directly with customers, presenting them with tailored solutions, and selling products and services that meet their needs. Our approach is hands-on and face-to-face, ensuring that we build strong, lasting relationships with customers while delivering measurable results for our clients. Your goal in this role will be to consistently hit sales targets while making customers happy with the exceptional service and solutions you provide.

Our Verizon Representative team offers comprehensive daily training sessions covering various topics, including sales, market research, leadership development, communications, public speaking, conflict resolution, and more. These skills are meant to enhance your ability to interact effectively with customers on behalf of our clients and to emerge as a strong leader within our team. We seek a candidate eager to grow and take on training responsibilities themselves, facilitating ongoing success and expanded opportunities for both our team and our clients.

As A Verizon Representative, You Will Be:

  • Professionally interacting with customers in person to provide information and resolve any issues or complaints regarding products and services
  • Participating in client meetings to master sales techniques, product knowledge, and management skills while developing a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business operations, sales processes, client expectations, and market strategies
  • Reporting and tracking sales activities and outcomes to analyze the data and enhance sales strategies
  • Working closely with Verizon Representative team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
  • Accurately inputting confidential customer information into the company tablet
  • Upselling products and services to new and existing customers, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction while driving revenue for our clients

Verizon Representative Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the fields of management, sales, leadership, customer service, or related fields
  • A strong ambition to advance within the company
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to effectively engage with customers and trainees in person
  • Receptive to feedback and willing to implement constructive suggestions for improvement
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
