The Vice President of Corporate Marketing will shape Empower's brand and lead transformative marketing strategies that reflect the company's values, focusing on innovation and expanding access to quality treatments.
- Drives the vision and execution of comprehensive corporate marketing strategies that elevate the organization’s brand, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging and positioning across all platforms and channels.
- Inspires and leads a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and excellence while guiding the development of transformative content that deeply resonates with target audiences and amplifies brand equity.
- Collaborates with cross-functional leaders, including product development, sales, and external partners, to design and execute cohesive marketing initiatives that accelerate business growth and establish the organization as a market leader.
- Oversees the end-to-end marketing process, providing visionary leadership and ensuring all deliverables exemplify the highest standards of creativity, quality, and strategic alignment.
- Leverages data-driven insights and market intelligence to anticipate trends, shape future strategies, and maintain a competitive advantage in the ever-evolving pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving successful corporate marketing strategies, managing large teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes in competitive industries required.
- Requires a Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field; equivalent professional experience with demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy and execution may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Preferred certifications for this role include Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP); Professional Certified Marketer (PCM); Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ); HubSpot Content Marketing Certification; Certified Brand Strategist (CBS); Project Management Professional (PMP).
