SHORT DESCRIPTION
Vice President of Demand Generation responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue, pipeline generation, and alignment with sales objectives using cutting-edge marketing technology and AI analytics.
- Manage and lead our global demand generation programs (new logo and existing business), Field Marketing to grow it into a best-in-class predictive revenue driven machine
- Provide strategic leadership to develop and execute comprehensive revenue marketing strategy, set and achieve pipeline generation targets, align marketing activities with sales objectives, manage and optimize marketing budget, and report to executive team on revenue impact and ROI
- Have a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile and buyer personas and ensure that all demand programs are well aligned to our target buyers
- Oversee content strategy that will fuel all brand and demand generation efforts
- Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length
- Develop AI-enabled demand generation and pipeline forecasting analytics models, dashboards, and operational reporting
- Develops and implements scalable marketing technology roadmap
- Identify gaps in process and work cross-functionally to influence key stakeholders and get support needed to address those gaps
- Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with peers in marketing, sales, product, technology and finance organizations
- Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable terms for the sales and marketing teams
- Lead a target account strategy through the creation of target account lists, analysis of campaign attribution, performance and conversion rates and finding repeatable & scalable tactics to grow our business
- Identify ways to improve our marketing mix to minimize our cost of acquisition and accelerate revenue
- 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing within a SaaS company
- Experience leading and developing global marketing teams
- Proven track record of developing & executing multi-channel, integrated demand generation campaigns
- Proven track record of owning and implementing next-generation marketing technology ecosytems
- Deep expertise in marketing analytics and advanced AI
- Proven track record in partnering with Sales, Sales Development & Revenue Operations to drive pipeline and funnel performance
- Experience working with Google Analytics, Adwords, Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI, data visualization tools, and ABM platforms preferred
- Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
- Team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Marketing
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue marketing strategy aligned with global sales objectives
- Lead target account strategy development, including ICP refinement and ABM execution
- Drive integration of AI/automation across marketing and SDR motions
- Optimize marketing mix to minimize acquisition costs and accelerate revenue
- Own pipeline and revenue targets, reporting directly to executive team
