Seeking a revenue-driven marketing leader for our VP of Demand Generation, Marketing Technologies, Marketing AI and Analytics. This strategic leadership role will develop and execute a comprehensive revenue marketing strategy, set and achieve pipeline generation targets, tightly align marketing activities with sales objectives, manage and optimize marketing budgets, develop and implement an AI-powered predictive demand generation and pipeline go-to-market system. This executive reports regularly to the executive team on revenue impact and ROI.
This role requires a proven track record in driving a predictable and scalable pipeline/bookings acquisition engine through integrated marketing and sales motions that drive engagement, conversion, pipeline and bookings. Reporting directly to the CMO, this person will partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Corporate Marketing to ensure alignment.
This person will lead the teams responsible for demand generation campaigns, digital marketing, website, live and virtual events, field marketing, marketing technologies, and AI-enabled analytics. This leader will tightly align with business strategy and with our global sales objectives to develop an integrated, ROI-driven acquisition strategy that drives rapid scale and harnesses AI/automation across the marketing and SDR motions via integrated, multi-touch campaigns that are executed across various channels including, but not limited to SEM, email, social, digital advertising and programs, webinars, events (owned and third party), marketing/SDR automation and leverages AI to continually optimize marketing mix. We are looking for someone who is data-driven, deep marketing technology, AI, and marketing analytics background. This leader knows how to experiment and optimize across these various tactics to consistently overachieve our pipeline and bookings goals.
What you’ll do:
  • Manage and lead our global demand generation programs (new logo and existing business), Field Marketing to grow it into a best-in-class predictive revenue driven machine
  • Provide strategic leadership to develop and execute comprehensive revenue marketing strategy, set and achieve pipeline generation targets, align marketing activities with sales objectives, manage and optimize marketing budget, and report to executive team on revenue impact and ROI
  • Have a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile and buyer personas and ensure that all demand programs are well aligned to our target buyers
  • Oversee content strategy that will fuel all brand and demand generation efforts
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length
  • Develop AI-enabled demand generation and pipeline forecasting analytics models, dashboards, and operational reporting
  • Develops and implements scalable marketing technology roadmap
  • Identify gaps in process and work cross-functionally to influence key stakeholders and get support needed to address those gaps
  • Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with peers in marketing, sales, product, technology and finance organizations
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable terms for the sales and marketing teams
  • Lead a target account strategy through the creation of target account lists, analysis of campaign attribution, performance and conversion rates and finding repeatable & scalable tactics to grow our business
  • Identify ways to improve our marketing mix to minimize our cost of acquisition and accelerate revenue
Who you are (Requirements):
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing within a SaaS company
  • Experience leading and developing global marketing teams
  • Proven track record of developing & executing multi-channel, integrated demand generation campaigns
  • Proven track record of owning and implementing next-generation marketing technology ecosytems
  • Deep expertise in marketing analytics and advanced AI
  • Proven track record in partnering with Sales, Sales Development & Revenue Operations to drive pipeline and funnel performance
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Adwords, Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI, data visualization tools, and ABM platforms preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
  • Team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Marketing
Strategic Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue marketing strategy aligned with global sales objectives

Analytics & Optimization:
  • Forecast and report on demand creation impact on pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length
  • Implement testing methodologies to enhance conversion rates and campaign performance
  • Drive continuous optimization through data analysis, multivariate testing and advanced AI analytics
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for sales and marketing teams
  • Monitor and optimize ROI across all channels and programs
