The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is seeking a Vice President to lead Product Management for Integrated Technology Services, driving technology transformation and aligning IT strategies with business objectives.
We are one of 12 Reserve Banks that, along with the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., constitute the nation’s central bank. We are part of the Federal Reserve System, which was established by Congress in 1913. We work with government, financial industry and the community to ensure our banking system is safe, accessible and secure. We help maintain a reliable supply of cash and support digital payment. - Provide leadership over the Integrated Technology Services Product teams.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with our mission, values and business goals.
- Lead strategic planning, prioritizing product initiatives and aligning with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and best practices in product management and responsible for sharing that knowledge with product teams and stakeholders.
- Partner with business areas to align ITS Product Management with business area strategies through a collaboratively developed roadmap focused on delivering increased business value with continual product releases.
- Leads teams that actively participate in Agile planning for upcoming and future releases and engages to address feedback provided during business line demos or at other stages as needed.
- Oversee the performance of product investments ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with business stakeholders to anticipate key technology and marketplace trends, drive continuous improvement and business results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ITS team members, business and System IT stakeholders, including National IT Business Dedicated Groups (BDGs), acting as a trusted advisor and partner for IT-related matters.
- Responsible for the team that delivers all Training, Adoption and Communications for the product areas
- Persistent and active engagement with technical delivery teams to validate usability and fit for business purpose.
- Develop and support a diverse management team that is agile and effective at leading change while maintaining the highest standards of excellence. Ensure the management team identifies and develops all staff for high quality delivery and ultimate succession.
- Foster an environment in which employees are encouraged to continually learn, develop and contribute to Bank and System goals.
- Ensure Integrated Technology Services department goals, performance metrics, quality measures, and budget targets are achieved.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field required. Exceptional work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, in a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience of progressive people and business leadership experience leading a large product management organization.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of technical concepts and industry trends.
- Knowledge of the Federal Reserve System and the financial industry or a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new business environments and quickly and effectively adapt leadership style to new and unique operating environments.
- Strong collaboration skills with a focus on positive intent and fostering strong relationships with an ability to partner effectively with others in the pursuit of common goals.
- Excellent written and oral communicator, including ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to build highly effective and collaborative relationships and leverage strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills with demonstrated leadership in managing complex relationships.
