As Clutch continues to grow, we're seeking a strategic VP of Marketing with B2B product-led growth experience to serve as a partner on the leadership team and drive cross-functional growth initiatives designed to strengthen our position as the leading ratings and reviews platform.

The VP Marketing will be responsible for owning the overall strategic marketing plan while also relentlessly pursuing a results driven tactical plan to further Clutch's global growth. Clutch's success to date has been heavily based on strong search engine optimization. Candidates should have demonstrated success executing on an SEO centric marketing plan while also leading efforts to diversify traffic sources. This person will be an inspirational and passionate results-driven leader and able to collaborate across functions, building consensus with Product, Sales and Operations.
This position will be based in our Washington, DC office location.
Responsibilities:
- Run a high-performing marketing team while owning and shaping a comprehensive marketing strategy that leverages product-led growth principles to meet company-wide goals
- Work cross-functionally with leadership in Product, Sales, and Operations to increase product usage and retention, conversion, revenue retention, and expansion
- Quickly develop a deep understanding of our stakeholders on both sides of the marketplace with a heavy focus on driving the buyer (demand-side) of the marketplace

Qualifications:
- Experience running an SEO centric marketing strategy while diversifying traffic across sources
- Experienced marketing leader who partners effectively and has a track record of owning cross-functional initiatives with a high level of autonomy and a focus on execution
- Experience leading the GTM strategy for SMB marketing at a high-growth company with product-led growth
- Experience running marketing orgs of 20+ FTEs and excel at hiring, developing, and retaining exceptional talent
- Significant experience working collaboratively with Product, Sales, and Operations to increase product usage, customer retention, and revenue expansion
- Adept in growth marketing best practices, leading teams to design and conduct experiments to maximize rapid learning and iteration

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in Clutch's annual performance bonus program and any applicable incentives, which will be communicated during the hiring process.
Salary at Clutch is determined based on factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, and market. For this position, we expect a base salary range between $200,000-$250,000.
