  • Hourly Pay Range: $102.89/hr. - $153.85/hr. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Job Summary:
The Vice President, Marketing & Growth develops, implements and leads a powerful, integrated marketing and media strategy based on research, marketplace differentiators and growth opportunities to connect with Endeavor Health’s external and internal audiences—in ways that are aligned and consistent with overall brand messages and business goals. This role prioritizes and oversees the successful execution and delivery of short and long-term marketing initiatives that deliver on Endeavor Health’s marketplace differentiators and innovation opportunities; business goals and growth targets; marketing vision and strategy; brand story-telling and media strategy and operations. This VP position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborates closely with senior peers on the CMO’s direct-report team. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring both strategic and tactical execution. This role requires someone who is highly collaborative, not afraid of change, curious, inventive, a bold collaborator, and works to be a little better every single day.
What you will do:
  • ELEVATE, LEAD and OVERSEE the marketing and media strategy, research and testing strategy, service line creative execution process, performance marketing strategy, and measurement strategy.
  • DEVELOP AND PROCURE GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES, including advertising and third-party partnerships and/or sponsorships that expand awareness of the brand with internal and external audiences.
  • POSSESS A DIGITAL-FIRST MINDSET, developed through extensive experience with websites, social strategy and digital assets to enable increased conversion in omnichannel campaigns.
  • PROVIDE VISION AND DIRECTION: Point team and programs in the right direction overall by analyzing business and marketing objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting an audience-first environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.
  • OVERSEE PRIORITIZATION AND DELIVERY OF QUALITY PROGRAMS: Direct scoping, evaluation, feasibility assessment and excellent execution of multiple organizational projects by directing program and project managers in the selection and facilitation of a cross-functional team of stakeholders; communicating goals, objectives, KPIs, and priorities of the department and influencing departmental strategic plans.
  • DEVELOP AND MANAGE your team of advertising, agency management, marketing operations and event/sponsorship professionals. Bring out the best in them: inspire, train, grow.
  • MANAGE OUTSIDE AGENCIES and vendor relationships in a win/win way that elicits the best results, creating a positive collaborative environment and excellent creative execution and metrics results.
  • ENSURE QUALITY AND TIMELINESS of your programs: making sure they are on schedule, within budget, and high quality—executed consistently across full range of marketing vehicles.
  • CREATE A COLLABORATIVE, INTEGRATED, EMPOWERED TEAM CULTURE: Champion marketing and organizational integration to launch and ensure leadership and management of teams who create innovative programs that support transformational improvements. The team culture and working environment will feature seamless transition and efficiency gains through team alignment, contract alignment, process evaluation, and operational implementation.
  • ELEVATE PROCESS AND MEASUREMENT RIGOR: Identify, design and execute new processes that enable colleagues to be more effective in their day-to-day work, including executional excellence in campaign analysis, efficiency, scale, etc. Work with teams to define requirements and unblock policies and processes to effectively and consistently maximize marketing channels.
  • DEVELOP AND CHAMPION PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: Direct program management process improvement by overseeing gap analyses; evaluating and determining practicality of improvement opportunities; developing improved processes based on best practices and standards; ensuring alignment of process improvement with department and company strategy; providing guidance to project leads on process improvement; gaining buy-in and approval from leadership on process improvements; and overseeing the implementation of processes.
  • COMMUNICATE AND INSPIRE: Expert, strong communicator able to design messaging using data and insights to tell meaningful, comprehensive stories that move the organization forward—measurably.
What you will need:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.

  • Experience: 10+ years professional experience in marketing, communication and sales.
  • Unique or Preferred Skills:
  • 7+ years professional experience in building and leading teams.
  • Demonstrated experience with performance marketing and marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated experience using data to inform decision making & strategy planning.
  • Proven leadership experience influencing others and communicating direction.
  • Strong analytical skills. Loves working with data.
  • Effective storyteller: able to merchandise and extend messages to multiple audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation system.
  • Ability to masterfully manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
  • Experience engaging at an executive level with cross-functional groups.
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities.
  • Experience in content marketing.
