Summary

This position is for a full-time, goal-oriented, revenue-driven, highly accurate and motivated individual. Under the direction of the CEO of the company, The Vice President of Strategic Growth will plan, direct, coordinate, and virtually oversee client delivery, weekly and monthly reporting, marketing and client onboarding activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of clear and concise client communications systems to meet current and future needs of the client. The VP of Business Development is responsible for ensuring high client retention, and overall growth of the organization. The expectation of the role includes attaining goals while maintaining and upholding the core values of the company. The Vice President of Business Development will focus on setting and achieving company Financial Goals and business growth excellence in the resourcing and delivery of our automation service in healthcare. They will partner with the CEO and be primarily responsible for oversight of client engagement, client satisfaction, implementation success, effective communication to and from the prospective client pipeline and business growth strategy to ensure targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met. They will oversee the client engagement surveys, daily and weekly client pipeline follow-up and communications for standardization, and break down communication barriers as it relates to Innobot processes, priorities, speed of build and expected end results so that the potential client has a thorough understanding and reasonable expectations. The VP of Business Development will create and maintain departmental goals, policies, procedures, workflows, CRM tracking and target audience outreach strategy. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in both technical and operational skillsets and want to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, client-centric environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the company’s growth objections.
  • Development and oversight of business strategy and overall company direction
  • Oversight of all strategic and tactical marketing and sales initiatives
  • Lead process development aimed at Digital Marketing, marketing automation, creation of sales materials
  • Lead strategic market assessment to determine optimum service, price, and brand positioning for services to maximize penetration and profitability
  • Advise senior management team on the management and optimal brand position for the company
  • Create and execute strategies to meet or exceed annual goals and objectives in the areas of growth and profitability across all services offered
  • Continually develop new client business by pursuing business opportunities with strategic targets and cultivating relationships with existing clients (e.g. Agency / Partner Initiatives)
  • Work closely with the senior management team to ensure all sales propositions are operationally, commercially and economically viable
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with clients and other constituencies
  • Successfully conceptualize position, and develop, negotiate and close sales opportunities
  • Facilitate growth of the company’s sales through revenue and margin generation and through recruiting, managing and mentoring /coaching team associates
  • Participate and advise senior management team on issues affecting clients and assist in strategic planning
  • Work closely with client service team to manage relationships with clients, review client and prospect performance, check continued client satisfaction and extend relationships accordingly
  • Represent the company through appropriate professional, community and civic involvement (e.g HFMA, MGMA, VIVE, HLTH, Becker’s, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with advertising / public relations firms and strategic partnerships with vendors
  • Maintain a keen awareness of marketplace competition and keep executive management abreast of such threats through effective communication
  • Identify and lead definition of key vertical prospects and targeting segmentations for key service offerings
  • Demonstrated ability to be a contributing member of the executive leadership team
  • Should collaborate with operations leadership to develop and meet client goals while supplying expertise and guidance on the client’s expectations of projects and systems.
  • Should collaborate with other team members to carry out the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and review responses with leadership team to take meaningful action.
  • Create and present a monthly metrics dashboard for use internally that should include success rate goals, scaling goals, and business growth goals by current and potential clients.
  • Should be able to review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.
  • Should make sure that key messages are properly and consistently disseminated across the sales pipeline.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs of the client.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of effective communication throughout the organization.
  • Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the company president and other leadership.
  • Responsible for account management, new client onboarding, business development, and overall client relations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to participate in updating and implementing an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, and procedures including development and management of reporting capabilities.
  • In collaboration with the leadership and IT teams, assist in improving the Enterprise Resource Planning system to maximize project execution and data collection.
  • Work independently with leaders to define concepts.
  • Become industry leading expert in all facets of US healthcare operations, payer nuances, us healthcare reform and regulations, laws and guidelines.
  • Identify process optimization and cost reduction opportunities in collaboration with finance and sales.
  • Adhere to Attendance and all other company guidelines as set forth in the employee handbook.

Education and/or Experience

  • Understanding of contract language and Pricing structure
  • Knowledge of RPA tools like UiPath, BluePrism, Power automate etc.
  • Understanding of US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management practices
  • Knowledge of Sales Lifecycle, Pipeline management, sales metrics and digital advertising
  • Experienced in managing client expectations and reporting.
  • Experience in Monday.com

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
