We are seeking a Performance Marketing Leader to drive demand generation for clients, enhance client engagement, and grow a high-performing marketing team while reporting to the COO.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Leader to spearhead demand generation efforts for our clients. This role will be instrumental in crafting and executing strategies that drive lead acquisition, customer engagement, sales funnel optimization, and measurable growth.
Your key transformational responsibility is building and evolving a renowned, industry leading performance marketing and analytics team that scales. This is a highly visible role expanding a strategic agency capability reporting to the COO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Marketing Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive demand generation and achieve client objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, display advertising, programmatic, affiliate marketing, and other relevant platforms to generate high-quality leads for clients.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze and refine clients' sales funnels to improve conversion rates, reduce drop-offs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • AI-Driven Marketing: Leverage AI technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness, improve targeting, and drive down costs for clients.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve key KPIs such as lead quality and cost per acquisition.
  • Budget Management: Advise clients on budget allocation and manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Primacy's creative, experience, and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with client goals and maximize marketing impact.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support new client acquisition and expand relationships with existing clients by showcasing performance marketing strategies and results.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide internal teams to execute client marketing initiatives effectively, ensuring high-quality deliverables and results.
  • Technology and Tools: Recommend and oversee the implementation of marketing tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance campaign efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge in performance marketing.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in performance marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation, preferably within a digital agency environment.
  • Strong expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and strategies to improve efficiency and lower costs.
  • Excellent client management skills with experience in building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and driving cost-efficient growth for clients.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and technologies.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
