- Shapes and drives the strategic vision for product marketing, ensuring every initiative elevates the organization’s mission and aligns with its core values of innovation, quality, and service to deliver transformative impact in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Leads seamless cross-functional collaboration with product development, sales, and customer success teams to craft compelling value propositions, execute bold go-to-market strategies, and create messaging that positions products as market leaders and trusted solutions in healthcare.
- Leverages deep market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities, anticipate market shifts, and strategically position the organization’s products to address critical healthcare challenges.
- Orchestrates flawless product launches, ensuring every aspect of campaigns, training, and communication drives maximum adoption, engagement, and loyalty, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or a related field, with at least five years in a senior leadership role driving strategic marketing initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes required.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree in business administration or marketing is strongly preferred, though equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Preferred certifications for this role include Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM); Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP); Professional Certified Marketer (PCM); Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ); HubSpot Content Marketing Certification; Pragmatic Certified Product Manager (PCPM).
