Job Summary
The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth and impact through the development and management of strategic partnerships. This leadership position requires a visionary leader who can identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and foster relationships that align with our mission and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic planning and partnership development, with a proven track record in digital marketing and volunteer management.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships that enhance the organization’s mission.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements that align with organizational goals while ensuring mutual benefit.
  • Oversee budgeting processes related to partnership initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Utilize databases to track partnership activities, outcomes, and metrics for evaluation.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions to align partnership goals with overall organizational objectives.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging partners and stakeholders effectively.
  • Coordinate grant writing efforts to secure funding for partnership-related projects.
  • Plan and execute events that promote partnerships and foster community engagement.
  • Oversee volunteer management initiatives related to partnerships, ensuring effective recruitment and retention of volunteers.

Experience

  • Proven experience in strategic planning and partnership development within a nonprofit or corporate environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a history of successful contract management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools to enhance partner engagement.
  • Experience working with databases for tracking partnership metrics and outcomes.
  • Background in budgeting processes related to project or program management.
  • Knowledge of grant writing techniques to support funding initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability in event planning that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Experience in estate planning is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
