Job Summary
The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth and impact through the development and management of strategic partnerships. This leadership position requires a visionary leader who can identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and foster relationships that align with our mission and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic planning and partnership development, with a proven track record in digital marketing and volunteer management.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships that enhance the organization’s mission.
- Negotiate partnership agreements that align with organizational goals while ensuring mutual benefit.
- Oversee budgeting processes related to partnership initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Utilize databases to track partnership activities, outcomes, and metrics for evaluation.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align partnership goals with overall organizational objectives.
- Manage email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging partners and stakeholders effectively.
- Coordinate grant writing efforts to secure funding for partnership-related projects.
- Plan and execute events that promote partnerships and foster community engagement.
- Oversee volunteer management initiatives related to partnerships, ensuring effective recruitment and retention of volunteers.
Experience
- Proven experience in strategic planning and partnership development within a nonprofit or corporate environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a history of successful contract management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools to enhance partner engagement.
- Experience working with databases for tracking partnership metrics and outcomes.
- Background in budgeting processes related to project or program management.
- Knowledge of grant writing techniques to support funding initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability in event planning that aligns with organizational goals.
- Experience in estate planning is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
