Position Overview: The Vice President of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with our company objectives. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of e-commerce market trends, customer needs, and sales operations. The VP of Sales and Marketing will oversee all sales and marketing activities, cultivate relationships with key clients, and empower a high-performing team to achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams, ensuring high levels of performance and collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure a smooth transition from marketing leads to sales conversion.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the overall sales strategy and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to market needs.
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
