We are seeking a highly skilled Video Production Manager to lead the charge in delivering high converting marketing video and impactful results for our clients. This individual will be responsible for leading our video team, developing Media Tunes brand online, creating duplicatable processes (SOP's), reaching departmental KPI's, reporting, and the future growth of the department. Key Responsibilities:

Department Oversight: Lead the video production department, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments and the overall success of the department.
Team Management: Supervise the Production team (scriptwriting, videographer coordination, and video shoot planning) and Post-Production Supervisor (managing editors for high-quality delivery).
Project Oversight: Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards by proactively addressing bottlenecks and monitoring workflows.
Quality Assurance: Maintain and enforce video production quality standards aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
Strategic Planning: Enhance department efficiency, scalability, and performance by implementing innovative strategies and staying updated on industry trends.
Media Tune’s Brand: Lead the charge in managing, developing and executing content that directly impacts Media Tunes brand image on social media.
Budget and Resource Management: Manage the department’s budget and allocate resources to support client needs effectively.
Collaboration and Reporting: Work with other internal teams to align video production with broader strategies and provide performance updates to leadership.
SOP Development: Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency across all production activities.
Future Goals: Act as the primary contact for high-value clients producing 20+ pieces of content monthly, ensuring their satisfaction and project success.
