SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Community Manager to drive growth and success for the Valore Legal Network, an online community for law firm owners. Role is performance-based with opportunities to shape the community and enhance member engagement.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit as we build our new community.
NOTE: Pay for this role is strictly performance-based and will vary significantly as the group grows.
About Valore Legal Network
Valore Legal Network is an online community for law firm owners looking to grow their practices. We offer an online platform with opportunities for virtual (and eventually in person) events.
We currently have our 20 initial members in the group, so we're ready to start scaling. We're looking for the right person to help take this community to the next level.
The community is hosted on Skool, so familiarity with the platform is a huge plus, though it is not required.
The Role
As our Community Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth and success of the Valore Legal Network. This role is effectively being the right-hand person to the founder, working to expand and manage the group from a start up stage.
You DO NOT need to be a law firm owner for this role.
Your Responsibilities
- Grow the Community: Recruit new members to the group (both inbound and outbound).
- Manage the Skool Platform: Organize content, moderate discussions, and ensure the platform runs smoothly.
- Foster Engagement: Spark conversations, host events, and keep members actively involved in the community.
- Member Feedback: Constantly solicit feedback from current members and prospective members to find areas for improvement for the group.
- Support Members: Respond to inquiries, onboard new members, and ensure an excellent experience for all.
- Develop Strategies: Collaborate with the founder to refine and execute growth strategies for the group.

- Familiarity with Skool or a willingness to quickly learn the platform.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in online community management, digital marketing, and sales is a plus.

Compensation
- Performance-Based Rewards: Commission for each new member you bring into the group, with bonuses for hitting certain milestones.
- Ongoing Monthly Commission: Commission based on total membership fees for the group.
