Visual Stylist
LOCATION

QUALIFICATIONS
6–8 years of home styling experience, strong background in the home industry (particularly in bedding and rugs), proficiency in Capture One, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Excel, keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Join Rugs USA as a Visual Stylist to curate elevated home spaces through styling and production for eCommerce and campaign shoots across two brands.

Position Overview
Essential Job Functions
- Style eCommerce, campaign, and brand shoots both in our photo studio and on location, ensuring a polished and elevated aesthetic.
- Steaming, staging, and preparing all samples to perfection before shoots.
- Collaborate with the Photographer, Photo Assistant, and Studio Director to execute soft goods styling and set design.
- Oversee all sample coordination across multiple merch categories, ensuring timely availability for shoots.
- Work closely with the Studio Director to manage product delays and adjust shoot schedules as needed.
- Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, and other channel teams to ensure all shoot content aligns with brand and industry standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for seamless sample delivery and return.
- Leverage your deep understanding of the home space, particularly bedding, rugs, and living room products, to create aspirational, on-trend visuals.
- Stay informed about industry standards and best practices for catalog shoots, eCommerce, advertising campaigns, and video shoots.
You Have
- 6–8 years of experience in home styling for eCommerce, catalog shoots, advertising campaigns, or video production.
- Strong background in the home industry, with a focus on bedding, rugs, and interior styling.
- Proven experience working with premium home brands such as West Elm, Crate & Barrel, or similar.
- Proficiency in Capture One, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), and Microsoft Excel.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to curate elevated, on-brand visuals.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams.

The pay range for this role is:
65,000 - 80,000 USD per year(RugsUSA Headquarters)
