Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and sales, manage and optimize websites for user experience, oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, and social media, analyze performance metrics for campaign optimization, collaborate with sales and product teams, and mentor marketing professionals.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP, Marketing to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing websites with significant user traffic and driving sales for physical products through digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for our physical products.
- Manage and optimize our websites to ensure a seamless user experience and maximize traffic.
- Oversee all digital marketing activities, including paid media advertising (e.g., Meta), SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze website performance metrics and user data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop effective marketing materials and messaging.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing websites with 200k+ users/month.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales for physical products through digital marketing channels, including paid media advertising.
- Experience managing paid media budgets of $1m+ per month
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading and managing a team of marketing professionals.
- 2+ years of experience of CPG Marketing
- Experience selling DTC physical products that are not household names.
