Our leaders work from the headquarters office in Santa Ana, CA on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. They may choose to work remote on Mondays and Fridays.

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary VP of Marketing to lead new and groundbreaking marketing efforts for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills across strategic planning abilities, a proven track record in creative, media and/or agency management, expertise in lead generation, funnels, and data analytics. Working directly with the Chief Marketing & Retail Officer (CMRO), this role will be instrumental in shaping the brand’s new voice, driving measurable growth, and ensuring the company’s marketing efforts align with overarching business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Partner with CMRO to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals.
- Provide clear direction to cross-functional marketing teams, ensuring efforts are cohesive and results-driven.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive Product Management, Development and Cross-Selling/Upselling
2. Creative Management:
- Oversee bold and breakthrough creative campaigns that build brand awareness and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and motivate external agencies to deliver high-quality, innovative content and messaging.
- Champion a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Effectively and efficiently lead a complex Creative Queue/Factory for both internal and retail outlets.
3. Lead Generation & Demand Generation:
- Design and implement scalable lead generation programs to drive customer acquisition across digital (Paid Search/SEO, LPO, Online Media, Social etc.) and Offline channels (broadcast, mail, outdoor etc.)
- Optimize the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Partner with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up strategies.
4. Data Analytics & Performance Measurement:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze data to gain insights into campaign performance, audience behaviors, and market trends.
- Use analytics to drive decisions, refine strategies, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
5. Media & Channel Management:
- Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel media campaigns, including digital, social, email, and traditional media.
- Ensure efficient media spending, targeting the right audiences with the right messages.
- Stay ahead of emerging media trends and platforms to continually evolve the company’s marketing mix.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, either in Agency or Corporate environments, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, branding, lead generation, and media management.
- Experience in regulated categories like Financial Services, Healthcare and/or other “Click & Mortar” Services, Retail Marketing is preferred.
- Experience in Brand launches, relaunches or Retail Openings a plus.
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring diverse teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments, including sales, product, and operations.
- Proficiency in marketing technologies, analytics platforms, and CRM tools

Monetary Growth:
- Final offers based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The range for the VP Marketing role is $184,000.00 - $244,000.00 annually.
