LeadsOnline is seeking a Director/VP of Marketing to lead global marketing efforts, drive corporate branding, product marketing, and go-to-market strategies, while fostering collaboration and team development in a mission-driven environment.
LeadsOnline is a powerful digital platform that helps law enforcement investigators and analysts advance criminal cases through the most current data on people and property across the U.S., and helps businesses reduce the hassles of reporting. Law enforcement agencies of every size and mandate use LeadsOnline to find suspects, stolen items, and patterns of individual and organized criminal activity. Businesses, including pawn shops, secondhand stores, scrap metal recyclers, and online marketplaces trust LeadsOnline more than any other system to freely, frictionlessly, and safely report transaction information to law enforcement.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director/VP of Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts from our headquarters in Plano, TX. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), this role is critical in shaping and executing the marketing strategy across corporate branding, product marketing, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. Role and Responsibilities:As the Head of Marketing for LeadsOnline, you will:Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s vision, goals, and product roadmap, reflecting our value of Ownership in driving outcomes.
- Drive the global marketing agenda, ensuring alignment across corporate, product, and GTM initiatives while fostering collaboration and prioritizing People.
- Collaborate with the CPO, leadership team, and cross-functional departments to deliver impactful results with Service and humility.
- Oversee the development and management of the company’s corporate brand to ensure consistency and differentiation in the marketplace, driven by Energy and optimism.
- Lead corporate marketing initiatives, including website strategy, public relations, and digital marketing campaigns, showcasing our commitment to Excellence in Service.
- Own product marketing efforts, ensuring clear messaging, positioning, and value proposition for all products across their lifecycle, guided by Ownership and accountability.
- Partner with product management and sales teams to create compelling collateral, case studies, and competitive insights that drive adoption and sales, embodying a focus on People and teamwork.
- Plan and execute high-impact events, trade shows, and industry conferences that elevate LeadsOnline’s presence and generate leads, showcasing our Service and dedication to clients.
- Ensure alignment of event strategies with broader marketing and GTM goals, delivering with Energy and a strong sense of purpose.
- Lead GTM strategies for product launches, working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful rollouts, reflecting Ownership and decisive action.
- Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of GTM activities, leveraging data to refine and improve outcomes with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Build and manage a high-performing, centralized marketing team in Plano with global reach and impact, fostering Energy and contagious optimism.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of Service, collaboration, and prioritization of People.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report results to the leadership team with transparency and Ownership.
- Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback, demonstrating a commitment to Service and excellence.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in corporate marketing, branding, product marketing, and GTM strategies, guided by a mindset of Ownership.
- Experience driving successful product launches and managing lifecycle marketing strategies with Energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, including lead generation, digital marketing, and sales enablement, emphasizing a focus on People.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing geographically distributed teams while fostering collaboration and Service.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on marketing performance metrics, ensuring accountability and Ownership in decision-making.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence at all levels of the organization with Energy and clarity.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
