The Vice President of Performance and Digital Marketing at Conair will drive business growth through effective paid spend maximization and digital marketing strategy implementation across diverse platforms.

The Vice President of Performance and Digital Marketing will lead Conair LLC's efforts to maximize paid spend, optimize digital marketing channels, and drive business growth and profitability. This senior role will oversee performance marketing campaigns across paid search, display, affiliate, social media, and other digital platforms, including Amazon, Retail.com, and DTC. The VP will enhance Conair's online presence, improve the customer experience, and ensure all marketing strategies are data-driven and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, deep performance marketing expertise, and a solid understanding of the Ecommerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Amazon, Retail.com, and DTC channels to accelerate revenue, customer acquisition, and ROI.

Align digital initiatives with business goals, ensuring campaigns are deployed consistently with clear KPIs articulated.

Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous development.

Optimization & Performance:

Optimize paid media campaigns (search, display, affiliate, social media) using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and automation to improve performance and profitability.

Establish close working relationship with primary media partners (Amazon, Google, Facebook) to drive growth.

Partner with Analytics and Agencies on understanding attribution across different channels and sales lift to optimize the media mix.

Set clear KPIs, track performance, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance campaign efficiency and drive results.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Key conduit between Brands and key agencies to strategize, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across retailers and channels.

Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product launches and overall business objectives.

Budget & Innovation Management:
Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and maximizing ROI across channels.

Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, evaluating new platforms and tools to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong track record of driving Ecommerce growth, optimizing digital marketing campaigns, and delivering measurable ROI across Amazon, Retail.com, and DTC channels.

Must have both strong strategic capabilities as well as be hands-on and comfortable with tactical execution.

Deep expertise in performance marketing strategies, including paid search, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and social media.

Skills:
Advanced proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Amazon Ads, etc.).

Experienced in Retail Media Network space (e.g. Amazon Ads, Roundel, Walmart Connect, etc.)

Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring abilities.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence senior leadership.

Expertise in data analysis and leveraging insights to drive decision-making.
