This leader will play a critical role in ensuring data-driven decision-making, scaling revenue-generating teams, and aligning processes and technology to achieve sustainable growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric alignment throughout the buyer's journey.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track performance across all revenue teams, identifying areas for improvement.
- Foster a data-driven culture by providing insights and reports that support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a key advisor to the executive team on growth opportunities and market dynamics.
