VP RevOps (Insurance) - Manage Revenue Operations function to optimize Sales and Marketing efficiency and growth opportunities

Core Duties:

We are looking for a highly experienced leader to fully establish and manage our Revenue Operations function. This person will have a full command of Revenue Operations (SalesOps) with experience in the SaaS or Services industry. This position will be responsible for optimizing the success of the Sales and Marketing functions by managing/administering sales goals, projections, metrics and processes. This will require working closely with leaders from Sales and Marketing to ensure we operate a scalable GTM structure that optimizes: growth opportunities and time-efficiencies for the sales team so they can prospect and acquire business/deals.

  • Manage, maintain and evolve the overall Sales Process and the Sales Playbook.
  • Track and ensure full adherence to the Sales Process for the purposes of forecasting and monitoring metrics in cooperation with the Sales Managers. Metrics will be measured from multiple perspectives: aggregate, by person, deal type, market segment and by service line. This will require close cooperation with the Finance team to help manage and maintain a rolling revenue forecast.
  • Establish and implement the Revenue Continuum. This strategic item tracks metrics from Lead-to-Revenue Recognition and the associated metrics within each component of the Revenue Continuum (Leads, MQL/SQL, Opportunities, Deals, Implementation and Go Live/Delivery).
  • Manage the CRM (HubSpot) and associated tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships. This consists of managing all Dashboards, Reporting and ensuring full data integrity (and Lists) across sales team and markets.
  • Fully manage the Sales Compensation Program. This consists of working with the Sales Leaders to: evolve and improve overall program, document sales goals, administer annual sales comp letters/agreements, track attainment and provide audited reports for compensation payout. This item requires full discretion and confidentiality due to access to compensation information.
  • Manage and maintain a Sales Enablement program. In cooperation with the Sales Managers, this consists of managing the Extra Degree program and implementing a consultative selling program.
  • Run the "deal desk" to ensure all deals are fully "QA'd" and adhere to the Sales and Contract process.
  • Deep CRM experience and in particular, HubSpot. Others will be considered.
  • Full command of the role of SalesOps/RevOps and the associated responsibilities.
  • B2B Sales Experience - with deep experience of B2B sales processes and terminology.
  • Experience with Contract Process and associated artifacts, such as: MSA's, SOWs, Addendums, etc.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills - with specific skills in summarizing and packaging data to it's simplest form and backed by the underlying data.
  • Financial and analytical skills
  • High integrity with the ability to build relationships and credibility with the Sales team.
  • 15+ years of professional experience in SalesOps/RevOps
  • Help create a culture to help sales teams succeed in their roles and goals.
  • Creative and outside-the-box thinker.
  • Ability to work in a decentralized organization.

Education:* Bachelor’s degree * MBA Desired
