We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality sealing solutions while expanding our product portfolio to meet the evolving needs of diverse industries. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Sales and Marketing to drive our sales initiatives, product development, and marketing strategies.
The Vice President of Sales and Marketing will oversee all sales and marketing efforts while also managing the company's product portfolio and expansion strategy. Reporting to the President, this role will lead the Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Product Management function. The position will focus on driving growth by acquiring new customers, expanding product offerings to existing customers, and overseeing the full product lifecycle—from ideation to commercialization.

Sales and Marketing Leadership:
Lead and mentor the department team to create a cohesive, high-performing organization that drives revenue growth and market share expansion. Oversee the Key Account Management strategy to retain and grow major customer relationships. Implement initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships with key decision-makers. Foster a culture that values hard work, dependability, and a relentless commitment to excellence, ensuring that every team member is aligned with delivering the highest quality service to our customers.

Expertise in developing and executing sales, marketing, and product strategies aligned with company goals. Ability to balance short-term revenue growth with long-term product innovation.

Experience:
10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and product management leadership roles, preferably in the sealing products or industrial distribution industries. A proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing product portfolios. Demonstrated ability to align team efforts with core values like customer focus and problem-solving.
Travel Requirement:
Approximately 20% of travel is required to visit key customers, attend industry events, and oversee product development initiatives
