Legally eligible to work in the USA, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, experience with forklifts and pallet jacks, and preferred experience operating a box truck. Must be able to learn ERP systems for entering receipts and shipments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collecting and loading stock, receiving and recording materials, keeping inventory, identifying issues, ensuring safe packing and shipping, recording shipments in ERP, and addressing warehouse issues promptly. Some overtime and weekend work may be required.

Full Time – First Shift
40 hours plus overtime
$15 to 20 Hourly

OVERVIEW OF ROLE
A Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Duties include loading orders onto trucks, organizing incoming stock and putting the appropriate labels on outgoing parcels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collecting and loading stock in a manner that prevents breakage and ensures safety.
- Receiving and recording all materials receipts and returns.
- Keeping inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
- Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notifying the supervisor.
- Ensuring all merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
- Informing your Manager of potential delays.
- Timely and accurately palleting and recording shipments.
- Reporting all warehouse issues for urgent attention.
- Daily recording of all shipments and receiving in ERP system and completion of required paperwork.
- Some night and weekend work may be required as well as mandatory overtime.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Experience using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to learn ERP system for entering receipts and shipments.
- Preferred: Experience operating box truck for work purposes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
