Position Type: Part-Time Employee (2 hours per day, weekdays during normal business hours)

Hourly Rate: $25/hr + 25% Commission on Sales

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Web Design & SEO Sales Representative to join our team.

Role Overview: As a Web Design & SEO Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business and building relationships with potential clients. You will promote and sell our web design and SEO marketing services, working directly with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that best fit their business objectives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, has a passion for digital marketing, and is looking for a flexible part-time role. Some inbound sales leads will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities in the web design and SEO space.
• Reaching out to potential clients through phone, email, and meetings (both virtual and in-person when needed).
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business.
• Understanding client needs and offering tailored web design and SEO solutions.
• Presenting proposals and closing sales to meet monthly targets.
• Meeting clients in our Chattanooga office as needed.
• Collaborating with the design and SEO teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Updating CRM systems and tracking sales progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in web design.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• Knowledge of web design, SEO, and digital marketing trends is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, including in-person client meetings and remote work.
