Role Overview

As a Web Designer, you will play a critical role in enhancing clients' online presence and community engagement. Your work will directly contribute to increasing follower growth, engagement rates, and brand visibility across platforms like Webflow and Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Create website wireframes for landing pages, websites, and other digital assets
• Design website mock-ups in Figma based on approved wireframes
• Build websites and ad hoc pages in Webflow
• Develop design concepts and visual assets for digital projects
• Oversee design project workflow, schedule, and communication with the project manager
• Revise and iterate designs based on feedback

Qualities we are looking for:

• English fluency
• At least 3+ years experience with Figma
• A free thinker, willing to look for answers
• Confidence in web design, responsive design
• A team player who is willing to do the work and help solve problems as they arise
• Strong communication skills
• Expectation is to join team meetings (once per week) with working video and audio
• Responsive: Quick with email and chat communication

Requirements:

• Figma
• Expert in UX/UI Design
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Ability to produce both low-fi and high-fi designs
• Excellent command of English for clear communication
