SHORT DESCRIPTION

The Web Developer/Designer will create and maintain web experiences for Cotiviti, ensuring visual consistency and superior user experience while collaborating with various teams.

Overview:
The Web Developer/Designer is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and updating websites, microsites, landing pages and emails for our company and ensuring visual continuity and consistency throughout. You will need to be proficient in graphic design of web experiences, building with HubSpot and global modules, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap framework, and can work and code with both technical expertise and a designer’s mindset. You will be part of the Creative Services team and work closely with Marketing leadership, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing teams, Events teams, as well as other graphic designers and content creators.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, build and optimize websites, landers, and emails inside the HubSpot CMS platform.
  • Build and customize HubSpot modules and global modules inside of the HubSpot platform.
  • Develop/design reusable objects and templates, design/develop wireframes for web pages and email templates; manage the maintenance, updates, expansions, and scaling of each design.
  • Integrate video and motion graphics into website and landing pages.
  • Write efficient, secure code that adheres to ever-evolving software development best practices and strict Cotiviti security standards and ensure UI best practices, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards are met and adhered to.
  • Collaborate and work closely with other designers, marketers, content creators, project managers, and other Cotiviti team members and departments to ensure the timely delivery of projects and a mutual understanding of expectations.
  • Work quickly and carefully to complete small edits requested by various stakeholders, develop plans for completing larger projects, collaborate with colleagues, and suggest new solutions to improve existing websites where needed.
  • Conduct quality control checks, perform debugging, and continually monitor speed, load times, site security, site and page appearance, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Ensure visual design integrity and clear brand consistency throughout our web presence.
  • Look for and incorporate the latest technologies, design best practices, and constantly evaluate the quality of the user experience, the impact of the brand experience, and the overall effectiveness of Cotiviti's digital marketing efforts.
  • Ensure web presence is optimized for effectively monitoring marketing and campaign metrics.
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan.
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in web development, graphic design or related fields, or equivalent proven work experience with a proven portfolio of work.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in website development and related marketing programs on or supporting a marketing team.
  • Highly fluent in HubSpot platform, HUBL, HubSpot modules, HTML, CSS, CSS animations, JavaScript, and bootstrap framework, and possess a strong understanding of UX/UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web standards.
  • Proficient and skilled in Adobe creative tools (i.e., Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Experience with web and Google Analytics or similar tools and a basic knowledge of SEO.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work with senior leadership, and be a team player.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, and able to solve complex problems, exercise independent judgment, and clearly express ideas and provide suggestions.
  • Candidates should be available to work Mountain time zone to align with the rest of the team (but can be based elsewhere in the U.S.).

Base compensation ranges from $85,500 to $104,500 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
