About the Role:

As our Website Designer/Graphic Designer/Presentation Specialist, you'll be a one-stop shop for all things visually communicative. You'll craft compelling written content, design eye-catching graphics, and build presentations that captivate audiences. Think of yourself as a creative Swiss Army knife, ready to tackle any project that comes your way.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Website Design:
  • Build navigation-friendly wireframes, websites and mock-ups that are usable, persuasive and visually enticing.
  • Create responsive templates for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and tablets.
  • Design and implement website layouts, logos and branding in alignment with the brand values and target audience.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry updates and trends in website design.
• Graphic Design:
  • Creating stunning visuals that complement your written content and elevate our brand. This could include infographics, social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and more.
  • Proficiently using industry-standard design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all visual assets.
• Presentation Specialist:
  • Transforming complex information into clear, impactful presentations that resonate with audiences.
  • Designing presentation slides that are visually appealing, informative, and persuasive.
  • Mastering presentation software like Microsoft PowerPoint.

You'll Thrive If You Have:

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or presentation design (a blend of all three is a major plus!).
• Strong writing skills with a knack for storytelling and crafting engaging copy.
• A keen eye for design and the ability to create visuals that are both beautiful and effective.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A collaborative spirit and a willingness to work closely with different teams.
• A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in all things creative.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with video editing and animation software.
• Experience with content creation - writing articles, blog posts, social media captions, website copy, and other marketing materials that inform and inspire.
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Familiarity with our industry or target audience.
