We seek a Website UX Designer & Strategist to optimize our corporate site for exceptional user experience and business impact. You’ll lead design, updates, and metrics-driven improvements, collaborating with teams and developers in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
A strong UX portfolio with case studies showcasing user-centered design, problem-solving, and measurable results is required.
What You'll Do
- Create, update, and maintain website graphics, visual assets, and layouts to align with brand guidelines and deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Optimize site usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across all devices.
- Knowledge of core AdobeCreative Suite and Figma.
- Presentation programs: Keynote, Google Slides, Miro, and Powerpoint
- Spearhead QA process across design, development, and marketing teams, troubleshooting real-time issues and managing competing priorities to ensure seamless website functionality and timely resolution of enhancement requests.
- Update and maintain the corporate website using Contentful (experience required) and familiarity with Strapi, Webflow, and Unbounce.
- Collaborate with a team of developers to implement changes, troubleshoot issues, and test functionality.
- Manage content workflows, ensuring timely publication and accuracy.
- Strong ability to proactively plan both short-term and long-term roadmaps and articulate to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for optimization based on data insights.
- Track, analyze, and report website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, HotJar or similar platforms.
- Leading the collaborative strategy to implement design updates based on metrics and data.
- Work closely with creative, product, and content marketing teams, developers, sales, product, and leadership teams to gather requirements and prioritize website updates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate timelines effectively.
- Act as the bridge between business goals and technical execution.
- Experience in collaborating with developer teams.
- Strong ability to help train and enable Marketing team stakeholders to own, manage, and update website content.
What You've Done
- 8+ years of equivalent experience in UX design and website administration.
- Experience with Contentful (required), Strapi or other headless CMS, Webflow, and Unbounce
- Background in the SaaS industry, particularly within a fast-paced, dynamic company offering a diverse portfolio of products.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams, both remotely and in-person, while clearly communicating design rationale and aligning solutions with business goals and functional requirements.
- Skilled in iterating quickly while maintaining attention to detail, adapting to new tools, and optimizing processes in dynamic, collaborative environments.
- Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Salary
- Expected salary range $115,000 - $135,000
