QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of experience implementing influencer campaigns, knowledge of social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, excellent communication skills, and experience analyzing social media insights.

Manage the Ambassador program, negotiate with talent, create influencer campaigns, research and onboard influencers, track video schedules, optimize TikTok Spark Ad campaigns, and analyze content performance.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
WEBTOON Entertainment is seeking a socially savvy influencer marketing coordinator to create and implement influencer marketing campaigns targeted at Gen-Z audiences, collaborating with various internal and external partners.
With its CANVAS UGC platform empowering anyone to become a creator, and a growing roster of superstar WEBTOON Originals creators and series, WEBTOON Entertainment’s passionate fandoms are the new face of pop culture. WEBTOON adaptations are available on Netflix, Prime Video, Crunchyroll, and other screens around the world, and the company’s content partners include Discord, HYBE and DC Comics, among many others.
We’re looking for a socially savvy influencer marketing coordinator who understands how to ideate and implement trending influencer campaigns to connect the WEBTOON brand with Gen-Z audiences. You will work with external talent and internal stakeholders across Marketing, Digital and Partnerships, Creative, and Content.
What You'll Do:
- Manage our Ambassador program by owning communication with 100 video creators
- Negotiate with Talent or management to maximize return on investment
- Ideate influencer campaigns that will increase awareness and engagement among anime, gaming, and comics fans
- Research, outreach, and onboard influencers posting on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram
- Update and track multiple video creation and upload schedules to ensure timely delivery of influencer generated contents
- Optimize TikTok Spark Ad campaigns for traffic and video views with influencer content
- Analyze influencer content performance to report improvements for influencer and brand channels
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Who You Are:
- You must have 1-2 years of experience implementing influencer campaigns —bonus if you have experience working with clients in entertainment
- You thrive on entertaining, trending video content that creatively resonates with GenZ audiences
- You must be knowledgeable about social media platforms from the brand perspective, including (but not limited to) TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
- As a HUGE plus, you’re deeply engaged in WEBTOON and entertainment, staying on top of the latest news and trends within the community.
- You must have experience analyzing social media insights to optimize organic content for reach and meaningful engagements
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate the WEBTOON brand to external partners
- You can work in a fast-paced startup environment and execute multiple projects with enthusiasm and attention to detail
