Job Summary:


The Wholesale Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and growing sales within a designated territory. This role involves calling on approximately 40 to 60 gasoline service station dealers in the Houston market, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the petroleum industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work independently.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure full compliance with company HSSE policies, government/industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Promote safe work practices at customer stations.
  • Territory Management:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets on volumes, customer mystery shop scores, and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Address station level issues with dealers including such items as mystery shop scores, customer complaints, site technology updates, insurance requirements, etc.
  • Conduct regular visits to gasoline service station dealers to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Present and promote Branded supplier programs.
